Administration

Welcome to the Administration Departmental Page. We oversee the Physical Plant Division and its ten supporting departments, which exist to maintain both historic and new buildings; nurture campus parkland and arboretum space; keep campus surfaces clear during Michigan winters; provide reliable heating, cooling, electricity, water, telecommunications, trash removal, recycling, vehicles, bikes and other services. Additionally, we design and construct new campus buildings, utilities and campus parkland, and maintain the University's facility records.
